How often are construction-site units serviced?

Under Florida code, portable restrooms at building and remote sites must be serviced at least weekly. Busy sites can be serviced more often.

Do I need a permit for my event in Ocala?

The City of Ocala requires a Special Event Permit for events expecting 100 or more people. The application can be filed up to a year ahead, and no later than 120 days before the event.

Are ADA-accessible portable restrooms required?

ADA guidelines call for at least one wheelchair-accessible unit at each cluster of portable restrooms. We include accessible units in your plan.
