Planning Restrooms for Your Ocala Event
Florida sets the number of portable restrooms required at special events based on your expected attendance and how long the event runs, and requires that event restrooms be serviced at least daily. Give us your headcount and hours and we'll help you plan the right number.
Planning a larger event? The City of Ocala requires a Special Event Permit for events expecting 100 or more people, and the application can be submitted up to a year — but no later than 120 days — before your event. Build restroom planning into that timeline.
For accessibility, ADA guidelines call for at least one wheelchair-accessible unit at each cluster of portable restrooms. We include accessible units in your plan.
